#AskGSM is a weekly Q&A video where I, Graham "GSM" Matthews (and special guest Alexis DiGiacomo), answer fan questions from Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in regards to the world of wrestling. Nothing is off limits, and this week's edition touches upon a variety of topics including:

NXT Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton def. Thea HailGiven the level of inexperience of these two, I was impressed by how solid this match was. Granted, it wasn't a barn burner by any means, but both women held their own and I liked their dynamic. Hail was made to look credible in defeat and hopefully she'll get more title opportunities down the road. Drew Gulak and Charlie Dempsey wanted her to cheat and she refused, which led to her loss. Andre Chase returned afterward to save Duke Hudson from them, so that tag team match is clearly coming.
Thrillbilly Silas def. Jake Taylor in a No Disqualification MatchIt was interesting seeing Silas play the heel role after being a fan favorite in the NWA throughout the year, but I realize that's because they wanted the Australian competitors to be the babyfaces fighting against the evil Americans. I'm not sure if the stipulation was necessary since they didn't do a ton with it, but this was a well-worked match, nonetheless. Taylor has been impressive on these past two shows and Silas continues to be a treat to watch.
Cody Rhodes Confronted The Judgment DayDominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley were out in the ring to start the show and talk their usual trash before Rhodes interrupted. Rhodes taunted Mysterio and told him to take a shot, but Mysterio and Ripley opted to walk off instead. It was a pretty simple segment heading into their match at Money in the Bank. It wasn't significant by any means, so I don't know why this opened the show other than Mysterio and Rhodes both being very over.
